Connectors store the connection details and authentication credentials required to access third-party data sources. When connecting a data source to a sub-metric, you can create a new connector using the AI chat option. Connectors can be managed centrally and updated whenever connection details or credentials change.
From the top navigation bar, click Data. In the left navigation pane, select Connectors.
The “Connectors” page displays all available connectors. Use the search bar to locate a connector by name.

Edit Connection
To update an existing connector:
On the “Connectors page”, click Edit Connection for the connector you want to modify.
Review the connector details. Scroll to the ‘Edit connector fields’ section.

Update the required connector information and authentication details as needed.
Click Save Changes to apply your updates.

Delete Connection
To delete a connector:
Navigate to the “Connectors” page. Click the Trash icon next to the connector you want to remove.
Confirm the deletion when prompted.
Note:
Deleting a connector permanently removes its stored configuration and credentials. Ensure the connector is no longer required before deleting it.
