Control Dashboards

DataBee offers you a seamless way to access the cybersecurity controls monitoring dashboards.

Click on the Compliance button and you will automatically be taken to the  CCM Executive Summary. In the Summary page you can see all of the controls of what you have purchased.

Use the left-hand navigation menu to pull up a Report. You can click the Executive Summary button to return to the CCM Executive Summary page.

Each report contains a graphical Summary View as well as a tabular Detail View. Both can be filtered using a wide range of report-specific filters.

Custom Views and Editing Reports

All users may configure and save a custom view using the report toolbar found at the bottom of the report. Custom views allow you to preserve filter settings across sessions.

Users with Publisher role on a report can also Edit the report in our BI web editor.

Managing Access to Reports

See the Access Management section of this user manual for details on how to configure user-level access to reports as well as to set user authorization levels such as Viewer or Publisher.

Purchasing Additional Reports

You can view additional reports available for purchase in the Marketplace. Use the Purchase Status drop-down to filter to those Available for Purchase.

Troubleshooting

Case 1: Dashboards Do Not Load in Safari

By default, Safari's privacy settings may prevent dashboards from loading. To resolve this issue, update your browser settings as follows:

Solution:

1. Open Safari and go to Settings.

2. Navigate to the Privacy tab.

3. Uncheck the option Prevent cross-site tracking.

4. Ensure Block all cookies is turned off to allow third-party cookies.

5. After making these changes, reload the page to check if the dashboard is displayed correctly.
