DataBee offers two flexible data storage options to meet your infrastructure needs:
Option 1: Snowflake Integration
Connect your existing Snowflake account to DataBee. With this option:
Leverage your Snowflake compute: DataBee uses your Snowflake resources for both data ingestion and querying to power the UI
Maintain control: Your data and compute resources remain within your Snowflake environment
Option 2: Cloud Object Storage (Iceberg Format)
Bring your own cloud object storage with Iceberg table format. With this option:
Use your cloud storage: Store data in your AWS S3 or Azure Blob Storage
DataBee handles compute: All data ingestion and querying is managed by DataBee's compute infrastructure
Separation of storage and compute: Enjoy the flexibility of managing storage independently while DataBee processes your data
Choosing the Right Option
Select Snowflake Integration if you already have Snowflake and want to utilize your existing compute resources and spend.
Choose Cloud Object Storage if you prefer to manage your own storage layer and do not already have a cloud platform
