It provides real-time asset visibility, AI-powered automation, and self-healing capabilities to proactively diagnose and remediate device issues, improve security posture, and deliver exceptional digital employee experiences. **Integration Method**: API **Tables**: User Inventory Info (5003), Device Inventory Info (5001). This integration supports the following events. | **Event** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | People | List of all people state at the last check-in. | | Devices | Lists all devices state at the last device check-in. | This integration supports the following versions. | Ivanti Neurons API Version | v1 | | --- | --- | | Ivanti Neurons Version | 2025.2 | ## Prerequisites - The user should have access to the Ivanti Neurons UEM portal with their respective login credentials. - The user should have access to the DataBee console. ## Configuration Overview 1. Create Client Id and Secret to fetch the data. 2. Create [Ivanti Endpoint Management Data Feed](/user-manual/docs/ivanti-endpoint-management-1#databee-configuration) in the DataBee console with the required Client credentials. | **DataBee Parameter** | **Ivanti Parameter** | | --- | --- | | Key Id | Client Key | | Secret Key | Client Secret | | Tenant Id | Tenant Id | | Base URL () | Hostname | ## Ivanti Endpoint Management Configuration 1. Click on **Submit**. ## Troubleshooting Tips - Ensure the Hostname, Tenant ID, Client ID and Secret are pasted correctly. Since you cannot view them after the 1st time, re-create the credentials, paste it on a text editor to ensure no spaces or unexpected characters are included and reconfigure the DataBee feed.
