It offers incident management, problem management, change management, and asset tracking in a single platform. Find more details on the official page of [ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus](https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/). **Integration Method:** API **Tables:** Device Inventory Info (5001) This integration supports the following events. | **Event** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | Assets | It returns a list of all IT and non-IT assets, including details like hardware, software, and their associations | | Workstations | It returns information about all workstation devices, including system configurations, installed software, and user details | This integration supports the following versions. | ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus API version supported | v3 | | --- | --- | > [!NOTE] > **Note:** > > ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus is a continuously updated cloud service. As for this document preparation, the latest release was in [March 2025](https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/on-premises/readme-new.html). ## Prerequisites - The user should have access to the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus console and Zoho Developer console. - The user should have access to the Databee platform. ## Configuration Overview 1. Create and register an application in Zoho Developer console to access ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus platform’s API. 2. Add [ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus data feed](/user-manual/docs/mangeengine-servicedesk-plus#databee-configuration) in the DataBee console with below parameter. | **DataBee Feed Parameter** | **ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Parameter** | | --- | --- | | **API Base URL** | [Account Domain URL](https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/sdpod-v3-api/getting-started/data-centers.html) for your region | | **Client Key** | Client Id | | **Client Secret** | Client Secret | | **Token URL** | [Account Server URL](https://www.manageengine.com/products/service-desk/sdpod-v3-api/getting-started/data-centers.html) for your region | ## ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus Configuration ### Create an API Key 1. Click **Submit**. ## Troubleshooting Tips - Make sure the token is entered correctly. Since you can only view it once, generate a new token if needed, paste it into a text editor to check for unwanted spaces or characters, and then reconfigure the DataBee feed.
