Teams configuration is validated before it can be saved, and switching a Data Quality workflow between Email and Teams shows only the relevant fields. - A new Controls report page summarizes each control with its current value and trend. Selecting a control name opens a side panel with the control's details. The page is available to tenants with the Controls entitlement. ## Feature Enhancements - Vulnerability finding data in the data lake now includes additional columns for exploitation details (EPSS score and percentile, CISA KEV listing and dates, and SSVC exploitation status) and fix details (advisory ID, remediation description, and category). The columns remain empty until the corresponding data sources provide values. - Helper text on Controls module fields that pull extra columns from Device, User, or Application entities now explains that fields are read from the last materialized version of the entity, so a newly added custom field requires a materialization before it can be referenced. - Remediation Action workflows can now use an Advanced Saved Search, in addition to a Basic Saved Search, as the trigger when creating a workflow. - The top-level navigation is updated: **Controls** is renamed **Dashboards**, and **DataBee Riskflow** is renamed **Ask DataBee** with a new icon. Existing links to the previous Riskflow address redirect to the new Ask DataBee page, and remaining Riskflow labels on configuration pages now read Ask DataBee. - Exposure Management now explains data availability and trust conditions, such as no required feeds connected, missing ownership or device data, stale enrichment data, a data refresh in progress, or truncated results, so that missing or partial data is not mistaken for a healthy, complete exposure picture. - The Health Alerts list on a data source's Data Quality summary supports pagination, so users can load more alerts. - The Ask DataBee question history panel is now collapsed by default and opens when you select the chevron, instead of showing its options on load. - Summary and Details tabs and the search toolbar on Tableau dashboards are now turned on per report rather than for the whole tenant, so a single tenant can run some reports with these tabs and others without. - The first-time user experience is simplified: the onboarding banner shown at first login is removed, users can sign in when no data lake is configured, and the Data Feeds page shows a banner linking to data lake configuration. Navigation items that depend on data lake data (Search, Inventory, Security, User Access Review, Exposure, and the Console Overview, Unprocessed Events and Data Quality Alerts pages) are shown only when a data lake is configured. - User role selection is restricted to roles that match the entitlements purchased for the tenant. - When a data source is disabled, it is removed from its associated data quality workflows; a data quality workflow is disabled when the disabled data source was its only data source. - The Data Quality page layout now keeps all data inside its cards on screens as narrow as 850 pixels. - The list of groups on a user's inventory page now includes a "show more" option, improving the display for users who belong to a large number of groups. - BeeKeeper AI configuration descriptions now state the valid range (1 to 1000) for the number of concurrent conversations initiated. - Data feed connectivity tests now support the **OAuth2 Client Credentials** authentication type for API data feeds, alongside the generic OAuth2 option. - When a ServiceNow CMDB data feed cannot be enabled because its ServiceNow instance is disabled or the integration credentials are no longer valid, a clear message asking you to verify the instance is active in ServiceNow now replaces the long technical error. - The redundant Status column is removed from the User Access Review queue; the Decision column continues to show whether each item is Pending, Approved, or Denied. - The DataBee version number is no longer displayed in the footer of the user interface. - Ask DataBee can now be used when no data lake is configured for the tenant. General cybersecurity, GRC, and DataBee questions are answered as usual, while questions that require data lake access return a message explaining that data querying is not available for the tenant. - The Ask DataBee configuration page now uses the Ask DataBee name in place of Riskflow for its page title and the enable setting, and the Chat Retention Period setting description now shows the allowed range of 0 to 7 days. - The **Collections** option under **Data** is hidden when no data lake is configured for the tenant, in line with the other data lake-dependent navigation items. - Deleting a local user account now deactivates it instead of removing it immediately. Deactivated accounts show a **Deactivated** status and a **Deactivated On** date on the Users tab and can be restored with **Reactivate** during the retention period (90 days by default). - Exposure Management includes a **Look up a CVE** field that opens an event for a CVE identifier, summarizing affected applications and devices, owners, EPSS score, and vendor fix availability, or reporting that no scanner findings exist yet for the CVE. - For tenants that have no support portal configured, the **Support** option in the **?** menu now opens an email to support@databee.buzz instead of the Support page, and the Support icon is updated. - While a tenant is on trial, the **Add** buttons for data lakes, data collectors, and ServiceNow integrations are disabled and a message explains that the feature is unavailable during the trial and to contact a DataBee representative; requests to create these directly through the API are rejected. - A Workspace's name and description can now be edited from the Workspace header by users who can manage Workspaces, and the description is shown on the Workspace detail page. Changing the global time range on a Workspace now applies to the page without saving it. - Text Blocks in a Workspace have a **Card** display option in their menu, and the drag handle and menu are now always visible instead of appearing only on hover. - The **Copy the business owner** option is removed from the Remediation routing settings and the Compile remediation work window in Exposure Management; to include business owners, choose **Business owner** or **Both** as the work recipient. ## Bug Fixes - The Security Rules Management test-connectivity feature now validates connection destinations before attempting to connect. - Fixed an issue where the notifications bell icon in the top navigation could become too small to interact with, preventing users from viewing or sending notifications. - Fixed outdated confirmation text and entity labeling on the entity detail page: clearing an owner now displays an "Owner cleared" confirmation message, and the relationship graph now correctly labels entities as "Person" instead of "User." - Fixed an issue where the Tenant ID shown on the My Profile page did not display correctly for tenants whose internal identifier contains more than one underscore. - The issue where saving a Remediation Actions workflow built with the manual query and filter builder (rather than a saved search) failed with the message "This field may not be null" is fixed. - The issue where the Ask DataBee side panel covered the page title and the first onboarding step on narrower browser windows is fixed. - The issue where the "no errors or warnings" notice displayed with a white background in Dark Mode is fixed. - The issue where the error image shown when a data feed summary page cannot load appeared low resolution is fixed. - The issue where adding an Ask DataBee-generated widget to a console page did not always create an exact copy of the chart, for example omitting days from a two-week graph, is fixed. - The issue where Ask DataBee did not make it clear when the data returned for a question had not been analyzed by the AI is fixed. - The issue where the Ask DataBee floating chat could display "Sorry, I've lost track of where we are in the conversation" when using the Summarize button on a control is fixed. - The issue where product owner discovery could fail on data lakes using StarRocks is fixed. - Fixed an issue where editing an API data feed that supports multiple authentication types and switching its authentication type (for example, from Basic Auth to Token URL or Bearer Token) displayed "An error was encountered attempting to render this content." - Fixed an issue where the help text next to **New Data check** in the Data Quality Alert settings flickered when hovered over, making it hard to read. - Fixed an issue where the Suppress List page under Security displayed "Data temporarily unavailable. Please check back later" and did not load its entries. - Fixed an issue where **Test Connectivity** returned a 404 error for API feeds that use the API Ingest method. - Fixed an issue where testing the connection for a feed that uses token-based authentication, such as Atos, failed with an "Internal server error. list index out of range" message. - The issue where NIST CVE feed records containing exploitation (KEV and SSVC) details failed to be written to Snowflake is fixed. - Fixed an issue where the Cyber Vulnerabilities data refresh could fail with "authentication token has expired" or "connection is closed" errors for tenants with very large volumes of vulnerability findings; the refresh now retries in smaller batches and reconnects automatically. - The error message returned for API error code 5503 (API_ServiceUnavailableError) now reads "Request failed because the API service is unavailable." instead of the incorrect "request failed due to server available." - Fixed an issue where the **Select Console Section** and **Select Console Destination** dropdowns in the Add Results to Console overlay were disabled, preventing users from adding Ask DataBee query results to a custom console. - Fixed an issue where IP address indicators of compromise (IOCs) in threat intelligence data lost their dots (for example, 89.14.134.168 was stored as 8914134168), breaking correlation and lookups by IP address. - Fixed an issue where an entity's Owner and Additional Owners were shown as blank when the owner had no name; the owner's email address or full name is now displayed instead. - The issue where adding or editing a rule on the Exposure Management **Scoring Settings** > **Business Rules** tab broke the page is fixed. ## Deprecations - The Controls Marketplace is removed, including the Marketplace pages, the option to purchase additional reports, and the associated Marketplace permissions. - CDP Extensions are removed, including the CDP Extensions pages, entitlement, and permissions; customizations on top of device and user Core Data Products are now defined through the Control Provisioner. - The Policy Provisioner is removed from the user interface, along with its permissions.
