More information can be found at the [Proofpoint website](https://www.proofpoint.com/us/resources/solution-briefs/zenguide). **Integration Method:** API **Tables**: Training Inventory (99405002), User Inventory Info (5003) This integration supports the following events. | **Event** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | Training | Returns information from training assignments. | | Training Enrolments | Returns information from the User Enrollments report, which contains recent active training and user status. | | Phishing | Returns information for simulated phishing campaigns. | | Phishing Extended | Returns information for simulated phishing campaigns with extended details. | | Knowledge Assessment | Returns information from Knowledge Assessments (previously Cyber Strength). | | Users | Returns Users information. | This integration supports the following versions. | ZenGuide Version Tested | v0.1.0 | | --- | --- | | ZenGuide API version | v0.3.0 | # ## Prerequisites - The User should have **Administrator** privileges to the Proofpoint ZenGuide platform for creating API tokens. - The User should have access to the DataBee console. ## Configuration Overview 1. Generate an [](/docs/proofpoint-zenguide#_Create_API_Token:)[](/user-manual/docs/proofpoint-zenguide#create-api-token) on the ZenGuide console with the required scopes. 2. Choose the [environment-region](/user-manual/docs/proofpoint-zenguide#choose-environmentregion). 3. Add the [Proofpoint ZenGuide data feed](/user-manual/docs/proofpoint-zenguide#databee-configuration) integration in the DataBee console with the required API token. | **DataBee Parameter** | **ZenGuide Parameter** | | --- | --- | | Token | Token | ## ZenGuide Configuration ### Create API Token: 1. Login to your ZenGuide platform console with an account that has **admin privileges**. > [!NOTE] > **Note:** > > Please ensure that ZenGuide setup is available and note down your hostname with domain. Copy the token created by clicking **Copy to Clipboard**. In the configuration page, confirm the following: - **Authorization Method**: Bearer Token - **API Base URL:** Make sure to replace ****, with actual value. Click **Submit**. ## Troubleshooting Tips - Ensure the Token is pasted correctly. Since you cannot view the Token after the 1st time, re-create the Token, paste it on a text editor to ensure no spaces or unexpected characters are included and reconfigure the DataBee feed. - Ensure the is entered correctly. #
