This section provides detailed instructions on how to create, edit, and manage tenant accounts. Click on the Tenants button at the top left side of the portal. This takes you to the Tenants page which displays all the tenants along with its details including the tenant ID, name, email address and phone number. The filter feature just below the tenants table headings, helps you search for tenants, based on certain keywords. Note that DataBee v1.0 supports only a single tenant. For each tenant, under the ACTIONS column, you can see the Details button and DataBee login button. Click on the Details button to add or edit the tenant information. Clicking on the DataBee Login button takes you to the DataBee portal of that particular tenant.

Create Tenant

To create a new tenant, click on the Create Tenant button, which takes you to the "Tenant Details" page. Enter the organization name and subdomain, primary contact information such as the first name, last name, phone number, and email address. Enter primary address details such as the address, city, state, zip code, and country. Click on the Back button if you prefer to go back to the tenants page. Click on the Submit button to save the details you have entered. Once the submission is complete, a new tenant is created and the tenant details become visible on the "Tenants" page. The tenant account details entered here will be used as the tenant's point of contact. The email for resetting or creating the local tenant administrator account will be sent to the contact provided during the initial setup.

Tenant Details

To add or edit the tenant details, click on the Details button under the ACTIONS column of the particular tenant you prefer to edit. This takes you to the "Tenant Details" page where you can enter the information or edit the details you have already given. After making the necessary changes, click on the Submit button to save it. The Back button takes you back to the "Tenants" page. If you prefer to disable this tenant, click on the Disable button. A confirmation dialog box appears to ensure if you want to disable the particular tenant. Click OK if you want to confirm the action, or click Cancel if you do not want to disable the tenant.
