CybSafe is a cybersecurity platform designed to enhance security awareness and reduce human risk by using behavioural science and data analytics. It provides organizations with tools and training to promote secure behaviours among their employees, focusing on areas like phishing, password security, and data handling. Note:
CybSafe is a continuously updated cloud service. As of this document preparation, the latest release was in Feb 2025.
Prerequisites
The user should have access to the CybSafe platform with an account that has Administrator privilege.
The user should have access to the DataBee console.
Configuration Overview
Generate client credentials with the required scopes.
Add the CybSafe data feed in the DataBee console with the below parameters.

CybSafe Configuration
Before you start configuring data feed on Databee UI, you will need to create the API Client and get the necessary information for API authentication such as Client ID and Client Secret. Follow these steps:
Logon to CybSafe as an Administrator.
From the left navigation bar, navigate to Integrations > CybSafe API token tab and click on the Generate button.
Copy the API Token.
Note:
The user needs to re-create the API token when it expires. You will not be able to view this again after you complete this step. Ensure that you copy it before closing it.
DataBee Configuration
Login to the DataBee UI, navigate to Data > Data Feeds and click the Add New Data Feed button.
Search for CybSafe and click it as shown below.
Click on the API Ingest option for the collection method.
Enter feed contact information and click Next.
In the configuration page, confirm the following:
Authorization Method: Bearer Token
Token: paste the Key ID.
Event Types: preselected for all the event types that integration pulls.
Click Submit.
