Setup and Configure

To make API requests, the Proofpoint Results API requires token-based authentication for secure access to data in the Platform.

The Admin is responsible for generating the token key using the Platform. If you haven’t received a token key, please contact your Proofpoint Security Awareness Training Platform Administrator (Admin) to receive it.

Once you receive the access token from the Admin, you can use it to make a request to the API by entering it in the  x-apikey-token header.
