For detailed information refer to the [ServiceNow’s official documentation](https://www.servicenow.com/products/business-continuity-management.html). **Integration Method:** API **Tables**: Assessment Finding (99402001), Entity Management (3004) This integration supports the following events. | **Event** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | BIA Impact Analysis | Retrieves all data related to BIA and the template it uses. | | Recovery Plans | Retrieves the status of business continuity and recovery plans. | | Activated Recovery Plans | Retrieves the list of recovery plans activated in an exercise or actual event. | This integration supports the following versions. | ServiceNow Version Tested | ServiceNow Yokohama | | --- | --- | | ServiceNow API version | v2.0 | ## Prerequisites - Access to the ServiceNow **Admin** privileges to create an OAuth API endpoint for external clients. - Access to the DataBee console. ## Configuration Overview 1. Generate API credentials on the ServiceNow console with the required user roles. 2. [Create OAuth client application](/user-manual/docs/servicenow-bcm#create-oauth-client-application) 3. [Create user](/user-manual/docs/servicenow-bcm#create-user) 4. [Assign roles to user](/user-manual/docs/servicenow-bcm#assign-roles-to-user) 5. Add the [ServiceNow BCM Data Feed](/user-manual/docs/servicenow-bcm#databee-configuration) integration in the DataBee console with the required API credentials. | **DataBee Parameter** | **ServiceNow Parameter** | | --- | --- | | Client Key | Client ID | | Client Secret | Client Secret | | Username | User ID | | Password | Password | | Token URL: | ServiceNow Instance | | API URL : | ServiceNow Instance | ## ServiceNow Configuration The scope is a mechanism to let an application request limited access to a user’s data. ServiceNow platform supports authentication scopes to allow admins to limit access of an OAuth client application to a specific REST API. ### Create OAuth client application 1.
