It enables organizations to deploy apps to smartphones, enroll and provision new tablets in the field, track devices, and protect critical data. For more details, visit the official [SOTI MobiControl website](https://soti.net/products/soti-mobicontrol/). **Integration Method:** API **Tables:** Device Inventory (5001) This integration supports the following events. | **Event** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | Devices | It provides detailed information about devices enrolled in its system | This integration supports the following versions. | SOTI MobiControl version supported | v2025.0 | | --- | --- | | SOTI MobiControl API version supported | v13.0.0 | ## Prerequisites - The user should have access to the SOTI MobiControl console. - The user should have Administrator privileges to create Api key in the SOTI MobiControl console. - The user should have access to the Databee platform. ## Configuration Overview 1. [Create an API key](/user-manual/docs/soti-mobicontrol#create-an-api-key) to fetch the data from SOTI MobiControl platform. 2. Add [SOTI MobiControl data feed](/user-manual/docs/soti-mobicontrol#databee-configuration) in the Databee console with below parameter. | **DataBee Feed Parameter** | **SOTI MobiControl Parameter** | | --- | --- | | Username | Username | | Password | Password | | Client Key | Client Id | | Client Secret | Client Secret | | Token URL | Instance Id | ## SOTI MobiControl Configuration ### Create an API Key 1. Navigate to the left sidebar > select **Global Settings**. 4. A dialog box will appear displaying the **Client ID** and **Client Secret**. Make sure to save both values securely for future use. Be sure to save them before proceeding. ## DataBee Configuration 1. In the configuration page, enter the following ![](https://cdn.document360.io/04e48772-4346-44a4-aa69-043eca42257c/Images/Documentation/DataBeeconfig.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-30T11%3A38%3A39Z&se=2026-10-30T12%3A38%3A39Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=0Vq4Wkn0ZtsAZwqCmTp7Gu2UYB%2BWg3njw4AD%2F7FsOwE%3D) - Authorization Method: OAuth2 - API Base URL: replace Instance name with saved Instance Id from above steps. - Username: enter username of user used to configure API credentials. - Password: enter password of user used to configure API credentials. - Client Key: enter above generated Client Id from SOTI MobiControl platform. - Client Secret: enter above generated Client Secret from SOTI MobiControl platform. - Token URL: replace Instance value with saved Instance_Id from above steps - Event Types: preselected for all the event types that integration pulls. 6. Click **Submit**. ## Troubleshooting Tips - Ensure the token is pasted correctly. Since you cannot view the token after the 1st time, re-create the token, paste it on a text editor to ensure no spaces or unexpected characters are included and reconfigure the DataBee feed. - Ensure that the application has necessary permissions as mentioned in the document.
