# Tangoe Wireless

Tangoe software and services enable companies around the globe to realize savings on their telecom, mobile, and cloud technologies. Tangoe has services for every phase of the device lifecycle, from procurement, deployment, and logistics to managing Unified Endpoint Management solutions, delivering help desk support, and recycling devices including data wiping and buy-back programs.

**Integration Method:** API

**Tables**: Device Inventory Info Class (5001)

This integration supports the following events.

This integration supports the following versions.

| Tangoe Wireless API version | v1.1 |

**Filter Key:**

- It includes a list of keys that can be selected from the dropdown box
- 3 keys – managed, person.active, person.group_name can be selected from the list

**Filter Value:**

- Corresponding filter values need to be pasted in the text box based on the filter keys selected
  - For the selected keys managed and person.active, the Filter Value is Boolean
  - For the selected key person.group_name, the filter value is a string

## Prerequisites

- The user should contact the Tangoe Wireless account team to get API token and customer domain name.
- The user should have access to the DataBee console.

## Configuration Overview

1. Contact your Tangoe Support team to generate API token.
2. Add the [Tangoe Wireless MDM](/user-manual/docs/tangoe-wireless#databee-configuration) in the DataBee console with the required API token.

## Tangoe Wireless MDM Configuration

To integrate Tangoe Wireless MDM into DataBee, we need API token.

Contact your Tangoe Wireless account manager or support team to obtain the API token.

## DataBee Configuration

1. 2. 3. 4. 5. In the configuration page, confirm the following:

- API Base URL: this is the base URL that DataBee will interact with. Replace the placeholder <sub_domain> with Customer sub-domain information.
- Authorization Method: Bearer Token
- Token: paste the API Token provided.
- Event types: preselected for all the event types that integration pulls.
- **OPTIONAL** Filter Keys: Select the filter key from the drop down

6. Click **Submit.**

## Troubleshooting Tips

- Ensure the API token is pasted correctly. Paste the token on a text editor to ensure no spaces or unexpected characters are included and reconfigure the DataBee feed.
- Ensure in the API Base URL <sub_domain> is changed to Customer domain name.
