Integration Method: API
Tables: Entity Management (3004), Device Inventory Info (5001)
This integration supports the following events.

Prerequisites
The user should have access to the Trend Micro Cloud One portal with an account that has the Global Administrator privileges.
The user should have access to the DataBee console.
Configuration Overview
Generate API credentials on the Trend Micro Cloud One.
Add the Trend Micro Cloud One Data Feed integration in the DataBee console with the below parameters.

Trend Micro Cloud One Configuration
Log in to Trend Micro Cloud One with a user account.
Click on the <account> Navigate to Account Settings.
From Account Settings copy the ‘Region’ for later use.
Navigate to API Keys and click on the New.
In the “New API Key” tab, confirm the following and click on Next.
API Key Alias: enter Alias for API Key.
Role: select Read Only role.
Language: select a Language.
Timezone: select TimeZone.
Copy the API Key and click on Close.
Note:
Copy and save this value. You will not be able to retrieve it later.
DataBee Configuration
Login to the DataBee UI, navigate to Data > Data Feeds and click the Add New Data Feed button.
Search for the Trend Micro Cloud One and click it as shown below.
Click on the API Ingest option for collection method.
Enter feed contact information and click Next.
In the configuration page, confirm the following:
Authorization Method: Bearer Token
API Base URL: replace <region> with your Trend Micro Cloud One Region.
Token: paste the API Key generated earlier in the Trend Micro Cloud One console.
Event Types: preselected for all the event types that integration pulls.
Click Submit.
Troubleshooting Tips
Ensure the token is pasted correctly. Since you cannot view the token after the 1st time, re-create the token, paste it on a text editor to ensure no spaces or unexpected characters are included and reconfigure the DataBee feed.
