JumpCloud is a cloud-based directory platform that unifies Active Directory and LDAP services with a focus on user authentication and network management. It allows organizations to manage and provision user access to software, systems, and networks, ensure compliance with audit trails, and provide a seamless login experience through single sign-on (SSO). Its API facilitates information on Directory Insights that allows us to read event logs, view activity in a directory and monitor user authentications to the console, RADIUS, LDAP, and SSO apps.
