Cohesity provides a comprehensive backup and recovery solution to protect cloud-native, SaaS, and on-prem data at scale. For more information refer to the Cohesity Data Cloud.
Integration Method: API

This integration supports the following events.

Note:
Cohesity is a continuously updated cloud platform. As for this document preparation, the latest release was in March 2025.
Prerequisites
The user should have access to the Cohesity Dashboard with Administrator privileges.
The user should have access to the DataBee console.
Configuration Overview
Generate an API Key Token from Cohesity Helios dashboard.
Add the Cohesity data feed in the DataBee console with the below parameters.

Login to your Cohesity Helios dashboard.
Note:
The sign-in page link varies based on the customer and region.
Go to Settings > Access Management page from the left navigation panel.
Navigate to API Keys section under Access Management.
Click Add API Key button.
In the “Add API Key” window, provide an appropriate ‘Name’ for the API Key and click on the Save button.
Click on copy icon against API Key Token.
Note:
Copy & Save the API Key Token, as it’s only available once upon creation.
DataBee Configuration
Login to the DataBee UI, navigate to Data > Data Feeds and click the Add New Data Feed button.
Search for the Cohesity and click it as shown below.
Click on the API Ingest option for collection method.
Enter feed contact information and click Next.
In the configuration page, confirm the following:
Authorization Method: Bearer Token.
API Base URL: this is the base URL that DataBee will interact with.
Token: paste the API Key Token generated earlier.
Event Types: preselected for all the event types that integration pulls.
Click Submit.
Troubleshooting Tips
Ensure the API token is pasted correctly. Since you cannot view the token after the 1st time, re-create the token, paste it on a text editor to ensure no spaces or unexpected characters are included and reconfigure the DataBee feed.
Ensure the user should have administrator privileges.
