The campaign dashboard
Campaign managers (with Manage Access Reviews) land on the Dashboard tab when they open a campaign. The dashboard gives an at-a-glance view of completion and where attention is needed.

The campaign dashboard shows summary metrics, completion status, application breakdown, and per-leader progress.
Access for approver-only users
Users with the Approve Assigned Reviews permission but without Manage Access Reviews see the Dashboard scoped to their own assigned items only — the summary metrics and progress tables reflect their workload, not the campaign totals.
Summary metrics
The cards across the top summarize the campaign:
Total Items — the number of access items in scope.
Approved, Denied, Pending — counts by current decision.
% Complete — the share of items that have a decision.
Days Remaining — time left until the deadline.
If any reviewer or leader has an invalid or unverified email, a warning banner appears so you can resolve it before reminders are sent.
Completion status and application breakdown
The Completion Status chart visualizes approved, denied, and pending items. The Application Breakdown shows progress per application, making it easy to see which applications are lagging.
Leadership Review Progress
The Leadership Review Progress table breaks progress down by leader, showing pending, approved, and denied counts, a progress bar, and an urgency indicator. From here you can:
Select Notify Leader to send a reminder to an individual leader.
Select Bulk Notify to remind multiple leaders at once.
Filter the table by application or urgency, or show only leaders with pending items.
Completing the campaign
When reviews are finished, select Complete Campaign. DataBee shows a summary of denied items by application before you confirm. Completing the campaign closes it for further decisions and initiates remediation for denied access.
