SOTI MobiControl is an Enterprise Mobility Management (EMM) solution that provides visibility and control over business-critical mobile devices, including their location, performance, and security risks. It enables organizations to deploy apps to smartphones, enroll and provision new tablets in the field, track devices, and protect critical data. Prerequisites
The user should have access to the SOTI MobiControl console.
The user should have Administrator privileges to create Api key in the SOTI MobiControl console.
The user should have access to the Databee platform.
Configuration Overview
Create an API key to fetch the data from SOTI MobiControl platform.
Add SOTI MobiControl data feed in the Databee console with below parameter.

SOTI MobiControl Configuration
Create an API Key
Log on to SOTI MobiControl console.
Click on SOTI ONE Apps > select MOBICONTROL-AO.
Navigate to the left sidebar > select Global Settings.
Save Instance ID for future use as highlighted in the URL bar.
Search for API Client and select API Client.
Click on + icon as shown below.
Enter ‘Name’ of the API client and click on GENERATE.
A dialog box will appear displaying the Client ID and Client Secret. Make sure to save both values securely for future use. Click OK after saving both values.
Note:
The Client ID and Client Secret will not be visible once you close this window. Be sure to save them before proceeding.
DataBee Configuration
Login to the DataBee UI, navigate to Data > Data Feeds and click the Add New Data Feed button.
Search for the SOTI MobiControl and click it as shown below.
Click on the API Ingest option for collection method.
Enter feed contact information and click Next.
In the configuration page, enter the following
Authorization Method: OAuth2
API Base URL: replace Instance name with saved Instance Id from above steps.
Username: enter username of user used to configure API credentials.
Password: enter password of user used to configure API credentials.
Client Key: enter above generated Client Id from SOTI MobiControl platform.
Client Secret: enter above generated Client Secret from SOTI MobiControl platform.
Token URL: replace Instance value with saved Instance_Id from above steps
Event Types: preselected for all the event types that integration pulls.
Click Submit.
Troubleshooting Tips
Ensure the token is pasted correctly. Since you cannot view the token after the 1st time, re-create the token, paste it on a text editor to ensure no spaces or unexpected characters are included and reconfigure the DataBee feed.
Ensure that the application has necessary permissions as mentioned in the document.
