What the audit trail records
The Audit Trail tab provides a chronological record of the actions taken during a campaign — useful for oversight and for evidencing the review to auditors. It is available to users with the Manage Access Reviews permission.
Open a campaign and select the Audit Trail tab.

The Audit Trail records decisions, reminders, and summary activity for the campaign.
What you will see
The table lists events such as:
- Decision Approved / Decision Denied — who approved or denied a specific user's access, including the justification recorded for a denial.
- Reminder Sent — reminders sent to reviewers or leaders, including how many decisions remained pending.
- Executive Summary Sent — when a campaign status summary was sent to executives.
