Zero Networks is a micro-segmentation and network access control platform that enforces zero-trust policies at the network layer. It automatically segments network traffic and blocks unauthorized lateral movement without requiring manual firewall rule authoring. For more information, refer to the Zero Networks documentation.
Integration Method: API
Tables: Network Activity (4001), Device Inventory Info (5001)
This integration supports the following events.
Event | Description |
|---|---|
Network Activities | Retrieve network access control events including allowed and blocked connection attempts, segment violations, and policy enforcement actions. |
Assets | Retrieve managed asset inventory including devices, IP addresses, and their segmentation status. |
Prerequisites
Access to the Zero Networks management portal with API access enabled.
An API token generated from the Zero Networks portal.
Access to the DataBee console.
Configuration Overview
Generate an API token in the Zero Networks portal.
Add the Zero Networks data feed in the DataBee console with the below parameters.
DataBee Parameter | Zero Networks Parameter |
|---|---|
API Base URL | Your Zero Networks tenant API endpoint |
Token | API Token |
Zero Networks Configuration
Log in to the Zero Networks management portal.
Navigate to Settings > API.
Click Generate Token to create a new API token.
Copy the token for use in the DataBee configuration.
Note:
Store the token securely — it cannot be retrieved after the initial display.
DataBee Configuration
Log in to the DataBee console, navigate to Data > Data Feeds, and click Add New Data Feed.
Search for Zero Networks and select it.
Select API Ingest as the collection method.
Enter feed contact information and click Next.
In the configuration section, enter the following:
API Base URL: Your Zero Networks tenant API endpoint.
Token: Paste the API token generated earlier.
Event Types: Preselected for all event types this integration pulls.
Click Test Connection to verify your credentials. A Connection successful! message confirms that DataBee can reach the Zero Networks API.
Click Submit.
Troubleshooting Tips
Confirm the API Base URL matches your Zero Networks tenant endpoint exactly.
If the connection test fails, re-generate the API token and update the feed configuration.
