Prerequisites
The user should have access to the Ivanti Neurons UEM portal with their respective login credentials.
The user should have access to the DataBee console.
Configuration Overview
Create Client Id and Secret to fetch the data.
Create Ivanti Endpoint Management Data Feed in the DataBee console with the required Client credentials.

Ivanti Endpoint Management Configuration
Log in to Ivanti Neurons console.
From the left-side menu, scroll down & navigate to Admin > App Registrations.
Select New registration to open the new app registration panel.
From the drop-down, select Custom App.
Click Continue.
In the “Custom App” panel, optionally enter a ‘Description’ for the registration and Click Register.
Copy the Client Id & Client Secret, and From the Neurons Auth URL, copy Hostname and Tenant ID.
Note:
Ensure that the New API Credentials are stored securely in a safe location for future reference.
DataBee Configuration
Login to the DataBee UI, navigate to Data > Data Feeds and click the Add New Data Feed button.
Search for Ivanti Endpoint Management and click on it.
Click on API Ingest.
Enter the required details in the form and click Next.
In the configuration page, add the following details:
Authorization Method: TokenUrlAuth
Key Id: paste the Client ID generated earlier in the Ivanti Neurons console.
Secret Key: paste the Client Secret generated earlier in the Ivanti Neurons console.
Tenant ID: paste the Tenant ID copied from the Neurons Auth Url.
Hostname: replace <hostname> in the API Base URL & Token URL with the Hostname.
Click on Submit.
Troubleshooting Tips
Ensure the Hostname, Tenant ID, Client ID and Secret are pasted correctly. Since you cannot view them after the 1st time, re-create the credentials, paste it on a text editor to ensure no spaces or unexpected characters are included and reconfigure the DataBee feed.
